IGLGraphics License Agreement

1. License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, IngentaCal grants you the license that allows you to use only one copy of the Software on a single computer at any one time.The license is non-transferable and may not be moved, copied, shared, reassigned, or reused on another computer.

2. Personal License

Licenses designated as Personal Use Only are subject to the following restrictions in addition to the restrictions stated in section 3.:

• Commercial use is prohibited.
• Distribution of software applications incorporating the Software is prohibited.
• Use is limited to personal, educational, evaluation, and non-commercial projects.
• Technical support may be limited or unavailable.

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Redistribute, sell, publish, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise distribute the Software as a standalone SDK, framework, development library, toolkit, or software development product.
• Redistribute any source code supplied with the Software without written permission from IngentaCal Engineering Solutions.
• Redistribute documentation, examples, sample projects, or tutorials as standalone products.
• Use the Software to create a competing graphics, visualization, CAD, mesh processing, or software development framework intended for redistribution.
• Transfer, assign, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license to another individual or organization.
• Remove, modify, disable, or circumvent any copyright notices, ownership notices, or licensing information contained within the Software.

4. Commercial License Rights

Under a valid Commercial License, you may:

• Incorporate the Software into an unlimited number of software applications.
• Develop commercial, educational, research, industrial, and internal business applications.
• Distribute applications developed using the Software to an unlimited number of end users.
• Redistribute the compiled runtime components of the Software as part of your own software products.
• Distribute applications developed using the Software without paying royalties, recurring fees, revenue sharing fees, or per-user licensing fees.
• Do not share or disclose the registration number, which you have received from IngentaCal for redistribution of the sdk library.

5. Ownership and Copyright

The Software is owned by IngentaCal Engineering Solutions and is protected by international copyright laws, treaties, and intellectual property regulations.

No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

All rights not expressly granted remain the exclusive property of IngentaCal Engineering Solutions.

6. Technical Support

Technical support, updates, and maintenance services may vary depending on the license type purchased.

IngentaCal Engineering Solutions is under no obligation to provide updates, bug fixes, enhancements, or support unless explicitly stated.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INGENTACAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF RESULTS
• PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INGENTACAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages
• Special damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages

ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

By installing, using, modifying, or distributing software based on the Software, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IngentaCal Engineering Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Software.
• Applications developed using the Software.
• Distribution of applications incorporating the Software.
• Violation of this Agreement.

10. Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not install, use, or distribute the Software.
